Your account, privacy and credits

Settings, your profile and password, daily AI credits, Trash, and how your information is kept private.

Settings

Click your business name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Settings:

General: the colour theme: Light, Dark, or System to follow your device.
Account: your name, role and time zone (used for your greeting and credits), and your password.
Usage: your AI credits today and over the last 30 days.

AI credits

Your daily credits refill at midnight in your time zone. Quick questions use very little; web searches, voice and AI workers use more. If you run out, you can keep working by hand and nancit is back after midnight.

Your information

Your business records belong to your business and are visible only to your team, according to the access each person has.
Your chats are private to you: other people in your organisation cannot see them. Our team may review chats to improve nancit’s AI (how and how to opt out).
A few authorised nancit staff can see account information to run the service and help you. They open your business records only read-only when you ask for help or to investigate a problem, always with a recorded reason, and never see your email, chats, files or bank details (staff access).
Connected email and calendars stay with your provider; nancit keeps only the secure connection.
Deleted records stay in Trash for 30 days, then are removed.
