Everything you need to get going with nancit, the AI for business.
nancit lets you run your business through conversation. Ask in your own words and nancit finds your records, drafts invoices and emails, and prepares changes for you to review. You can always do everything by hand too.
Frequently asked questions
What is nancit?
nancit is the AI for business. You run your business through conversation: ask nancit to find a client, draft an invoice, reply to an email or set up a workflow, and it prepares the work for you to check. Everything is connected: clients, sales, finance, documents, email, calendar and automation.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. As a guest you can create, download and print invoices and quotes, and ask nancit to draft them. Create an account to save your work and use the rest of the workspace.
Does nancit change anything without asking me?
No. When nancit suggests a change, it shows a card with exactly what will change. Nothing is saved, sent or deleted until you click to confirm. You can also edit everything yourself, by hand, at any time.
Which AI model does nancit use?
Dawn, nancit’s first AI model. Dawn is built in conjunction with OpenAI’s GPT-6 Luna and trained by nancit for business work: records, invoices and quotes, email, calendar, workers and workflows. More models, Orbit and Nova, are coming soon.
Is nancit still in beta?
Yes. nancit Beta 1.0 launched on 21 October 2026. We are improving it every week; see the release notes for what is new.
Which email accounts can I connect?
Outlook (Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com), Gmail, and most other email accounts that support IMAP and SMTP. Your email stays with your provider.
Which currencies are supported?
Invoices, quotes and products can be in US dollars (USD), British pounds (GBP) or South African rand (ZAR).
