Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits refill daily and do not roll over. Annual billing changes your payment schedule, not your daily allowance. Optional shared credit top-ups are capped at US$5 per purchase, with the rand price reviewed in Admin before PayFast.
Guests get 200 credits per 24 hours. Create and download an invoice or quote, or talk through your next step.

Business is R299 per user monthly, with 2,000 credits daily and three workers for each user. Enterprise includes unlimited worker definitions and 4,000 daily credits for the whole organisation. Worker runs and chats use the same daily allowance.
Credits measure the AI resources used by your requests. Longer tasks and more thinking effort can use more credits. Your account’s Usage page shows what you have used and when your allowance resets.
Yes. Your familiar pages and editing controls stay available. Conversation and manual editing work with the same records and permissions.
A plan change starts a new paid period at the displayed price. There is no automatic proration or refund. Your current plan stays in place until the replacement payment is verified, then its renewals stop. Review the confirmation before continuing to PayFast.
Cancel future renewals in Admin → Billing. Your access continues through the confirmed paid period. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed renewal price; a catalog update does not automatically reprice them.
